Added PC version, Pause screen and maybe fixed graphic bug

Added a PC build. It isn't that different from the web version besides it has outlines and probably looks better.  The previous version had a weird bug from the shader because of the outlines on web, so I had to take that out. The game isn't supposed to be on web in the end. It is just easier to have a playable version up on here for now. So far it plays decently on my 10+ year old laptop, but if you have problems, it would help me out to know your specs! I also added a pause screen. An Android release of the current demo will be posted soon.

After the Android release of the demo, there won't be anymore updates for a while because I'll be redoing everything over in a new project. This current one is from when I started this project 4 or 5 years ago, so there's a lot of some, uh, interesting code. Hmmm. Thanks for checking it out!
